		Solution: This high-end development at 1000 Van Ness Avenue replaced an elegant Cadillac dealership in San Francisco’s Civic Center. The model evoked the 1930s-1940s glamour of the original showroom, combining custom furniture in mahogany and dark leather with unusual vintage light fixtures and accessories. Item Studio designed a mahogany vitrine that ran along the entryway; the sleeping area featured an Item Studio Murphy bed that transformed into a desk.
