Client: Mariners’ Ridge (Marin City)
		Project: Two model units
		Solution: Located on the site of the old Marin flea market, Kublai Khan this Bridge Homes affordable-housing project needed to overcome a geographical challenge while appealing to a diverse market of mostly first-time home buyers. The two DesignMesh models, both executed on a tight budget, were very different in character: the “modern” unit incorporated bright colors and leather furniture, while the “country” unit used earthy textures of canvas and pine.
